Genres
Architectural photography:
Capturing an interesting form, shape or color of the structure can be visually appealing. Therefore visuals of buildings that are interesting fall under this genre. One can include interiors or exteriors of buildings and even an interesting element of the design. The two challenging aspects for photographers while shooting buildings are: Lighting and image distortion. You have only natural light while capturing the building and you have to make the best use of it to bring out the glamorous aspect.
Nature and landscape photography:
Amazing and beautiful landscapes are all around us, they are a joy to experience, but a challenge to capture in a simple photo. This class is designed to explain the tools and techniques required for succeeding in this inspiring but demanding discipline. With the visual learner in mind, this class utilizes illustrations, animations, and of course lots and lots of photos, from local parks to iconic destinations around the world.
Macro photography:
Can you show us things extremely detailed? Macro photography is extreme close-up photography usually of very small subjects and living organisms like insects, in which the size of the subject in the photograph is greater than life size.
Documentary photography: (SPECIAL EVENT)
Manual pictures that form a photo story come under this style. It is about a particular subject or a story that a photographer wants to highlight. This can be in a form of slide. The topic of this documentary event will be announced on the spot.
